Meet Jenny-O

This is Jenny-O. She lives next door and belongs to one of my best friends, Beverly. She is very friendly and photogenic and just begged to be painted. I used to be a little afraid of her, believe it or not with that sweet face; she would chase me when I walked through her pasture. I figured out that she was just checking to see if I had carrots so now she’s not so scary. She’s a Mammoth Jack and her legs and ears are a mile long. She will be available on the website soon, available in  several sizes, framed or gallery wrapped.

In other news, we’re back from market and in production mode. David is busy in the barn, I’m painting originals for shows in Ft Worth and Round Top in March, we’re both having fun with our first grandbaby. Working hard and playing hard! Hope you are finding the right balance in your life, too.
